Our friends over at SIMGE (Speak Into My Good Eye) are hosting a sick CMJ showcase tomorrow night featuring Mount Sharp, Deal Casino, Julian Fulton & Vivid Dreams, and our best buds A Deer A Horse.

In addition to some amazing rock ‘n’ roll, the night also doubles as the record release show for SIMGE’s 2nd Annual 24 Hour Songwriting Challenge compilation.

I remember when I used to attempt to write songs with Rebecca Satellite (from A Deer A Horse) about fifteen years ago. Her songwriting has progressed since then, mine, well …. let’s not talk about it.
