Mark my words: this track by Los-Angeles based band Western Scene will find its way onto a commercial and/or movie within the year. It’s just too good.

The track “Strange But True” both uplifting with a tad bit of wistfulness, and brings about a deep rooted reminiscence of past emotions–all while you’re tapping your feet to the beat.

Fronted by Tom Pritchard, the bands first EP Listening was released in 2013 and produced by Hugo Nicolson (Radiohead / Primal Scream). The band has spent the last four years releasing self-produced music written and recorded in bedrooms and studios on both coasts.
