WHY CANT YOU JUST FEED ME WITH INSPIRATION //

Sweet Jesus, it’s Friday, I just submitted a freelance project last night (opening up some free time for some shows this weekend), and I’m listening to this track by German-band AKWUAR.

The brand new German psych pop project is already getting picked up by some of our favorite press (like our NYC buds Alt Citizen) and will head on tour in March. Not bad for some new kids on the block.

Their whole record is self-written, recorded, produced and mixed (holy talented people!) and the music video for “Lone Love” is incredibly transfixing. But also, can we just take a moment to appreciate the beauty in this bass line?
