Is your 2019 already not going well? Do you need a dark place to hide and be sad, angry and resentful? Well, I’ve got a great little tune that can simulate that dark place through your earholes.

Brighton’s own grasshopper have made an energetic, dark, and confident post-punk adventure with their song “GRIN.” The vocals are classic deadpan post-punk delivery with an almost hymnal-like quality. The guitar tones are at times ethereal and hypnotic, then – as the song kicks off – driving and hard.
