Skytone, an Ottawa duo comprised of Rodney and Darius Doddridge, have released a light-hearted jangle-pop song with their new release, “Dreaming.”

The production is coated from head to toe in cassette tape hiss and lighthearted melody, putting all the 80s aesthetic effects at 10. The DIY duo’s approach and execution of the song is sweetly simple and straightforward, making good use of the spaces between verses with satisfying, catchy hooks.
