Calgary natives, cmfrtble, now based in Victoria and Montreal, have released their dream-pop-meets-shoegaze tune called “Ocean Blue.” The song is velvety and emotive,  containing a unique industrial-sounding drum loop along with dreamy, present vocals, whimsical synths, and some Smashing Pumpkins-like guitar chords.

It pulls you down under the wake and into its crisp, slow, and gooey atmosphere, where you’ll feel more than obliged to stay and experience its subtle currents and melancholic tones.
