Norway’s nine-piece indie folk outfit Benedikt has been working on their debut album for the last six years. Yup, you read that correctly! “KMG,” the first track from this album that’s been almost a decade in the making, is well worth the wait, though.

Delicate and emotive, “KMG” isn’t your regular indie folk track. Featuring programmed percussive elements and quirky backing vocals, it moves forward in a smooth, rolling fashion, propelled by deft finger-picking and lush string arrangements.
