As a bedroom hermit, I require a lot of new music each day for my constant cozy moods. Having recently discovered “Vacancies” by Mirror Trash, I can be quite content for a while, safe in the fact that these guys will be the soundtrack for my lazy musings for each passing spring day inside my cushioned box.

“Vacancies” is a beautiful lofi, dream pop track sending its listener in a spiral of branching thoughts, probably reaching an infinite sky. Its offset of simple strumming takes in reverberated dreamy guitar notes like a pillowing sponge. Hazy vocals float like a single cloud over this lazy-day track and with the close of the eyes, you can let yourself get lost in a vacant mellow head space.
