Sounds: Psychic Shakes // “Bored of Me”

It’s Boxing Day and in honor of consumerism and capitalism and all of those things that are keeping us down, we are sharing this gorgeous track by Southampton-based Psychic Shakes. Don’t worry, he is probably a socialist; the connection is purely territory. And the fact that I love this song.

“Bored of Me” is a bedroom pop meets Hall and Oates track, with soothing vocals, an easygoing soundscape, and a saxophone interlude that is borderline envy-inducing. It’s nothing but feel good vibes before a day of being trampled at the stores. Sounds fun, right?
