Canada’s Little Destroyer has released a futuristic music video that serves as equal parts nostalgia and a slight battle cry of youth.
“Trying to drown out the damage from when I was 21”
The lyrics in their track hit home hard—although to be frank, I can’t remember much of the damage I did when I was 21 as I was blacked out for a majority of it. Less of a track about doing dumb shit and hating yourself, I find “21” to be liberating as well; we can all appreciate the common bond of stupidity that we shared when we were “21” while subsequently thanking God that we’ve grown up a bit.
