Left Bank Magazine was started some 6 odd years ago to surface the artistic talent that was largely undiscovered around the world. Since then, we’ve covered festivals, done interviews with pretty big artists, launched a creative agency, etc. And then, something like this comes across our desk and reminds us of our roots.
archmotors has created a super creative music video for their track “Space,” featuring simplistic, yet daring animation. Made up of Sean Lynch and Gary Landers, the multi-instrumentalists from the West coast of Ireland recently recorded their debut album The Swimsuit Edition and are in the process of gathering press for their work—which shouldn’t be too hard if its anything similar or consistent with the track “Space.”
archmotors inhabit a world of dark humour and modern isolation: it is a world inspired by the history of the west coast where horror and hope share a bed and the monster underneath is just as afraid of us as we are of it.
